Our management strategy varies with each situation.
In most cases, we use the following steps when developing a strategy:
- Thorough inspection inside the building (including
the attic, basement, and all living areas) and around the perimeter.
- Pest identification and damage assessment.
- Existing entry point(s) Identification.
- Source of the problem (moisture, vegetation,
feeding sites, gaps in the structure, etc.) identification.
- Strategy implementation using biological devices
(such as baits), mechanical methods (such as exclusion and/or
chemicals), or a combination of both.
- Monitoring and follow-up of pests to prevent
reinfestation and maintain control of pest populations.
Our Guarantee

guaranteed. With a one-year contract, you have unlimited service
calls with no extra fees. With a one-time service, there is a 30-day
warranty during which there is no extra fee for any follow-up service.
