General Pest Services

We use integrated pest management (IPM) as a tool and philosophy of our pest control operation. This approach combines different tactics that use physical and chemical methods in a way that minimizes economic, health, and environmental risks.

Our management stategy varies with each situation. In most cases, we use the following steps when developing a strategy:

• Thorough inspection inside the building (including the attic, basement, and all living areas) and around the permieter.
• Pest identification and damage assessment.
• Idenification of existing entry points.
• Indentification of the source of the problem (moisture, vegetation, feeding sites, gaps in the structure, etc.)
• Choosing a strategy that uses biological devices, such as baits; or mechanical methods, such as exclusion and/or chemicals; or a combination of both pest monitoring and follow-up to prevent reinfestation and keep pest populations under control.

Our Services

We have two options available: one-time treatment with a 30-day warranty, including all follow-up visits, or quarterly sercice, which provides year-round coverage.

Initial Visit or One-Time Treatment

Upon the initial visit, our experienced technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of your home. This is the most important phase which will help our tehcnicians customize a treatment plan based on your home's specific needs. Once your treatment plan has been determined and explained to you, the tehcnician is ready to implement treatment.

Interior: During your initial treatment our technicians will target pests currently hiding in cracks and crevices.

Exterior: Since most pest problems start from outside, our technicians will also treat target points around the exterior of your home. Our technicians will even lay a protective barrier around your home to prevent certain pests from entering your home.

Ongoing Visits - Monthly or Quarterly

Mice, ants, snakes... you name it. Different pest problems arrise as seasons and weather change. All year long our technicians can inspect, identify, and treat your home to protect against unwanted invaders.

Based on your pest control needs, our technicians will provide either monthly or quarterly service.

• If you are home during the scheduled service, our technicians will do a thorough inspection and treat the interior and exterior of your home.
• If you are not home during the scheduled sercice, our technicians will continue to target the exterior of your home.
• The contract is for one year and it renews automatically after one year, unless the customer chooses otherwise.
• We will send around a notice tell you when we will be coming to perform the quarterly treatment. If you want to have inside service, either make sure somebody is home during that time (typically a four-hour window) or call us and we'll be happy to schedule a specific time and date.

Warranties

Pests can sometimes be difficult to treat within one visit. Therefore, we offer a warranty period with all of our services. If you continue to have a pest problem during your warranty period, just call us and we will send out a technician to resolve the problem at no cost to you!!

Initial visit: We offer at least a thirty (30) day warranty.

On-going visits: We offer an unbeatable unlimited warranty period with our monthly and quarterly services.
